DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

Fuegobella uses standard courier companies like, Fedex, DHL, Bluedart etc to provide fast delivery with high security and reliability. The shipments are delivered within approximately 3-5 working days after dispatch date. Since transport/courier agencies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, customers are requested to provide full address with pin code / zip code.

Fuegobella shall not give any refund, returns, replacement & exchange for reason of delay caused due to the carrier agency or natural emergency. However Fuegobella may agree to provide credit which may be used for future orders. This credit is discretionary. Fuegobella shall intimate by email in case of delay in shipping due to unavailability of stock or due to unusual delay in fulfilment of an order.

 

SHIPMENT TIME

Against each product on the website, an approximate time for shipment has been provided (5-7 working days) which are merely indicative. Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on availability of product and other factors. In order to get an accurate estimate of shipment time, kindly email to info@fuegobella.com with order number and item SKUs.

TRACKING OF SHIPMENT

Fuegobella shall provide details of shipment via email alerts to the customer, once package is handed across to the carrier agency. The email alerts shall contain the tracking number and expected date of delivery. Customers can track the shipments using the tracking number. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

 

IN CASE OF DELAYS

Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item is indicative (5-7 working days) and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for such reason. However benefits such as credit to be used for future orders, free gift etc can be allowed on case to case basis. If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item goes out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling the order, we will notify you by e-mail. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Fuegobella reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

 

CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY

To avail COD Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for COD. Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used. You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery. If the package is open, do not accept the order.
